Ted Carroll is one of the founding partners and current President of the Carroll Adams Group and brings over 25 years of hospitality experience in the FF&E/OS&E procurement, operations, interior design, and development to the Company. As the President, Ted Carroll provides principal level oversight of all projects.
Prior to joining The Carroll Adams Group in 2001, he worked with leaders in the hospitality industry such as Westin Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and The Ritz-Carlton Development Company where he managed the FF&E procurement, assisted in the development of new brands, and the development of standards for both operations and design and construction..
Ted Carroll is a member of The American Society of Interior Designers, where he holds the designation, Allied Member, ASID. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Johnson & Wales University, in addition to Graduate Studies at Rollins College, Crummer School of Business.

Katherine Adams is one of the founding partners of The Carroll Adams Group and brings over 25 years of hospitality experience in operations and project management with her to The Carroll Adams Group, Inc.
As a Executive Vice President and Partner at The Carroll Adams Group, Inc, Katherine is responsible for project management, scheduling, logistics, documentation, reporting, and communications. In addition to her project related activities, Katherine is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Company.
Prior to joining The Carroll Adams Group, Inc, Katherine worked as Project Manager for TimeShareWare. She has also worked for such companies as Sunterra Resorts, Hilton Grand Vacation, and Westin Hotels and Resorts.
Katherine is an active member of the NEWH Sunshine Chapter where she holds the positions of Treasurer and Vice President and is President Elect for 2011. She earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University.
