The Laylow Hotel opened in Waikiki after a $60 million renovation, led by owner Rockbridge along with its affiliate hotel development company, RBHD, who managed the project. This unique property, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel,  with a 1960’s Hawaiian modern aesthetic in a lush garden surrounding, transports guests back in time through authentic mid-century furnishings and décor. The hotel offers a total of 186 guest-rooms and 65 suites each with custom furniture and a private lanai, as well as a pool featuring lush greenery, lounge seating and teak accents, which serves as a communal gathering place.
