Ted Carroll is one of the founding partners and current President of The Carroll Adams Group and brings over 25 years of hospitality experience in the FF&E/OS&E procurement, operations, interior design, and development to the company. As the President, Ted provides principal level oversight of all projects.
Prior to joining The Carroll Adams Group in 2001, he worked with leaders in the hospitality industry such as Westin Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and The Ritz-Carlton Development Company where he managed the FF&E procurement hospitality team, assisted in the development of new brands, and the development of standards for both operations and design and construction.
Ted is a member of The American Society of Interior Designers, where he holds the designation, Allied Member, ASID. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Johnson & Wales University, in addition to Graduate Studies at Rollins College, Crummer School of Business.
As a member of The Carroll Adams Group’s leadership team, Laura Klinkose specializes in managing all phases of a project lifecycle from needs assessment through implementation. With over 20 years of experience, Laura performs a multifunctional role assisting the project managers in implementing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Joanne Fahrforth has more than 35 years of hospitality experience working with hotels, casinos, restaurants, golf resorts, and spa/resorts domestically and abroad. As a member of the leadership team, she brings “outside of the box” thinking to all company projects.
Sharon Verbano leads the accounting department at The Carroll Adams Group where she overseas financial analysis and reporting, cash management, project costing and other financial services related to the company's operations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of accounting roles with a well-respected CPA firm, corporate America and small business.
Kary Maybury leads The Carroll Adams Group’s finance team, as well as assists with all of the company’s daily operations. She joined Carroll Adams in 2008 bringing a rich background in construction project management to the company.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, both in design and sales, Christina brings a varied perspective to the CAG team. Her multi-faceted role requires managing the marketing and business strategy for Carroll Adams, as well as ensuring the team continues to meet and stay ahead of evolving client needs.
