The Carroll Adams Group Bolsters Leadership Team with Addition of Hospitality Industry Veteran and Two Key Leadership Changes

The Carroll Adams Group, a top hospitality interiors purchasing company, has added Christina Cejka as its Vice President of Strategic Development. In addition to managing marketing and business development, Christina will guide business strategy ensuring the company’s service offering continues to meet and stay ahead of evolving client needs. Prior to joining Carroll/Adams, Christina served in a variety of leadership roles in both sales and design.

She brings a unique blend of relationship-building and technical expertise in interior design, fabric, furniture and art,” says Ted Carroll, Carroll Adams President. “Her strategic thinking and creative approach will translate into the successful execution of projects for the owners and designers we work with on a daily basis.”

Other leadership changes include the promotion of Laura Klinkose to Executive Vice President where she will manage all phases of a project lifecycle from needs assessment through implementation. Laura will perform a multifunctional role assisting the project managers in implementing solutions that exceed customer expectations and managing company performance.

Kary Maybury has been promoted to Vice President in a dual role where she will oversee the operation and management of our affiliated business — Hotel Supply & Design, and our CAPEX and OS&E departments.
